Your experience begins the moment you land at Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport. Our team will welcome you with a personal meet & greet before arranging a comfortable transfer to Villa Kudu. If you have chosen to rent a car for your stay, our team will also assist you at the airport with collecting the vehicle. Your luggage will still be taken care of, and our team will guide you with their vehicle to the villa. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with some refreshments after your long journey. The team will give you a short tour of the villa while your luggage is brought to your room. From there, everything is taken care of so you can settle in and start enjoying your time without having to think about the practical details. But unpack your suitcase first!

Housekeeping keeps the villa tidy and welcoming throughout the day, while the team is always nearby to help with any questions or requests, such as arranging massages at the villa, restaurant reservations or special celebrations during your stay — often the little details that make your stay truly effortless. Laundry can easily be taken care of at the villa, with the team also able to arrange special treatments such as dry cleaning if needed. Strong WiFi is available whenever you need to stay in touch with home or work remotely. Thanks to the villa’s solar panels and battery system, the villa continues to run smoothly even during loadshedding — a true luxury in South Africa.

They can also prepare a multi-course lunch or dinner, either based on your requests or as a surprise created by the team. For something extra special, a private chef can prepare relaxed shared dinners or more refined dining under the African sky. Whether dining indoors, on the terrace or around the boma fire, every meal becomes part of the overall experience. Guests who prefer a more private evening can also make use of the fully equipped kitchen or organise their own barbecue.

Are meals and drinks included during our stay?
Breakfast (including coffee, tea and water) are included during your stay. Additional meals such as lunch, dinner or traditional boma dinners can be arranged and prepared upon request. Other beverages, including alcoholic drinks, as well as snacks and special requests related to dietary preferences or allergies can also be arranged upon request, but are not included and may incur an additional charge. These arrangements can be made directly with our on-site staff. Guests are also welcome to dine outside the villa or arrange their own groceries if preferred.
