  1. Sports Massage

    This is a form of Bodywork geared toward participants in Athletics. It is used to help Prevent injuries, to prepare the body for Athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help you recover from workouts and injuries

  2. Aromatherapy Massage

    This massage is done via the use of Essential Oils to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation. The Essential oils are extracted from parts of Herbs and Plants and contains all the properties of the plants themselves. This oil gets pre mixed according to your needs.

  3. Swedish Massage

    This Massage involves the use of the hands, elbows and forearms to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to improve mental and physical Health. Active or Passive movement of the joints can also be part of the massage

  4. Deep Tissue Massage

    This massage is similar to Swedish Massage, but the Deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic Muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer, surrounding muscles, bones and joints)

  5. Shiatsu

    This is a massage where pressure is applied on pressure points of the body using the hands, elbows, knees or feet. This form of massage also focuses on rotating and stretching limbs, joints and pressure points, or meridians.

  6. Vodder Massage (Manual Lymph Drainage)

    This is a gentle, rhythmic, pumping massage movement that follows the direction of lymph flow to increase rapid results in swelling and water retention. This massage is good for those tired and achy jet lag legs.

  7. Indian Head Massage

    This is a Treatment based on Old Ayurvedic Techniques, involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. It helps reduce stress, fatigue, and eyestrain, increases mental clarity, relaxes and rejuvenates the receiver.

  8. Pregnancy Massage

    This is a wonderful complimentary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. This massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or Swelling)
