Cancellation policy
- If the villa is not available for the period you desire, it may be the case that someone has a temporary hold on the villa and first right of refusal. Please do still submit a reservation request and we will confirm with the holding party if they will proceed within 2 working days.
- Please note that your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit payment.
- A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the 10% deposit. If a booking is made less than 30 days before the check-in date, the full amount is required for confirmation.
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before check-in, full refunds are offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. Following this, a 50% refund is available up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds are provided after this period.

Please Note : The villa is exclusively available for rent as a whole, accommodating up to 8 guests. Please be aware that a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Opting for a shorter stay will result in charges equivalent to a 7-night reservation.
